To ensure dependable performance, DAS Brake Rotors are manufactured in IATF 16949:2016 certified facilities with premium ASTM G3500b metallurgy. Our utilization of ASTM G3500b metallurgy and leading-edge casting design provides better tensile strength and excellent heat dissipation resulting in dependable performance and long service life. Each brake rotor is coated with our exclusive DuraNetic™ corrosion-resistant coating. Our DuraNetic™ coating is a premium rust-resistant barrier engineered with metal oxides, metallic zinc, and aluminum flakes. The zinc and aluminum particles align in multiple layers forming a metallic inorganic silver coating to ensure ultimate corrosion resistance.
