Gates 78080 HS-1 Hand Swager

The Gates HS-1 Hand Swager produces top quality assemblies using Gates 1/8 in. (-2) and 3/16 in. (-3) thermoplastic hydraulic hose with Gates PCTS couplings and Gates C14 PTFE hose and couplings 3/16 in. (-4) through 7/8 in. (-16). Simply insert the assembly into the swager from the bottom, place dies around the coupling, and pump the handle. A six-ton jack then goes to work and the swage is completed. The perfectly swaged assembly is removed and you are ready to repeat the process.
