NHRA Approved. Extra long wheel studs are used in competition applications where open end lug nuts are used to show full lug engagement. They are also used in applications where thicker/wider wheels or the use of wheel spacers requires a longer than stock wheel stud. These Grade 8 press-in wheel studs have a black oxide finish. 1/2-20 thread and 2-7/8 inch long with an approximately .660 inch knurl diameter. Length from bottom of the head to where the taper begins is approximately .350 inch and length from bottom of the head to where the taper ends at the thread is about .590 inch. Sold as a set of 10.
